What is TEXPROCIL registration
TEXPROCIL is the abbreviated form of “The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council”. It is a non-profit organization established by the Indian Government to promote the export of cotton textiles and clothing from India.
To register with TEXPROCIL, an exporter must be a manufacturer or a merchant exporter of cotton textiles & clothing. The registration process involves filling out an application form and submitting it along with the required documents to TEXPROCIL.
Once the application is approved, the exporter will be issued a certificate of registration or RCMC, which must be renewed every year.
The registration allows exporters to participate in TEXPROCIL’s various export promotion activities, such as trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, and export marketing assistance.

PAN & GST Number (if applicable)
Partnership deed in case of partnership firm
List & details of directors in case of company
List of partners with their contact details in case of partnership firm
In case of co-op society (bye laws, List of Committee members with their contact details.)
In case of Trust: Trust deed, List of trustees with their contact details
In case of Proprietor: Age Proof of Proprietor i.e. PAN card, Passport
Aaddition documents For manufacturer Exporters:
certificate issued by DIC, SSI, MOC (SIA)/MSME certificate
