Eligibility Criteria for SHEFEXIL Membership Registration (e-RCMC)

The manufacturer and exporter of shellac and forest products and its derivatives are eligible to get SHEFEXIL registration cum membership certificate. The e-RCMC is a certificate issued by SHEFEXIL council to the interested applicants. The Objective of issuing an RCMC is to regulate and promote export on shellac and lac-based products from India.

IEC registration code
Proof of business such as incorporation certificate, partnership deed/firm registration certificate
Identity Proof of appliant such as aadhar, pan, passport
GST registration certificate is also required
MSME registration certificate if available

Membership cost for shellac export promotion council

The fee for SHEFEXIL membership registration i,e registration cum membership certificate (RCMC) is as follows:

Export Turnover	Entrance Fee (New Membership)
✅ Having Gross turnover more than 50L last year	₹ 35,400
✅ Having Gross Turn over less than 50L last year	₹ 29,000
✅ Seeking membership based on products only	₹ 26,550
✅ New membership fee of North eastern members	₹ 1,000 + 18% Gst = 1180
✅ Additional or Incidental Fee as per necessity	₹ 23,600
