Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council in India
The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) is an organization that promotes the export of gem and jewelry products from India. It is a non-profit organization funded by the Government of India and the gem and jewelry industry in India.

What is GJEPC registration?
GJEPC registration (RCMC) is a type of registration issued by the government to all businesses that export or import jewelry in India. The registration is valid for 5 years. Members must pay their annual membership fees on the 30th of April.

- Platinum Jewelry: The GJEPC also promotes the export of platinum jewelry from India.
- Diamonds: India is a major producer and exporter of diamonds, and the GJEPC promotes the export of rough and cut diamonds.
- Gold & silver Jewelry: India is also a major producer of gold and silver jewelry, and the GJEPC promotes exporting these products to global markets.
- Fashion Jewelry: In addition to these traditional gems and jewelry products, the GJEPC also promotes the export of fashion jewelry, which includes a wide range of costume and costume-inspired jewelry.
- Precious & semi-precious gemstones: India produces many gemstones, including sapphires, emeralds, rubies, and more. The GJEPC promotes the export of these gemstones in both rough and cut forms.

Application form for Associate Membership, Application form for (RCMC) and challan form duly signed by Proprietor/Partner/Director
Signature Slip (Online form) signed by the Proprietor/Partner/Director and attested by the banker of the applicant
Self-attested copy of Import Export Code issued by DGFT
Self-attested copy of PAN
Partnership Deed in case of partnership firm
Memorandum & Articles of Association in case of the company
Self-attested copy of MSME (UAN)/SSI/IM, if applied under the Manufacturer category.
Self-attested copy GST certificate, Not applicable for Micro Associate Membership
Self-attested copy GST certificate, Not applicable for Micro Associate Membership
Self-attested copy of personal PAN, Passport, and Aadhar of Proprietor/Partner/Director
For Merchant exporter
Along with the documents mentioned above, merchants’ exporters must produce the following document.
Chartered Accountant’s Certificate verifying the Export Turnover or Domestic Turnover of GJEPC’s products over the past two years.

Cost of GJEPC membership RCMC registration
The annual Membership fee for GJEPC RCMC varies based on the export performance of the applicant. However the admission fee for GJEPC is not more than INR 5,000 including 18% GST *(Not applicable for associate micro membership)
