Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC certificate) - Cost, Procedure & Benefit
The Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) is an Indian government-supported organization that promotes the country’s engineering exports. Established in 1955, the council represents over 20,000 engineering companies and provides a range of services to support their export efforts, including trade fairs, market research, and export promotion campaigns.
It also works to build relationships with foreign buyers and governments to promote Indian engineering products and services. Additionally, the EEPC provides support for small and medium-sized enterprises and helps Indian engineering companies to comply with international quality and safety standards. Overall, the council plays a vital role in promoting India’s engineering industry and increasing its share of global trade.
What is EEPC RCMC Certification
EEPC RCMC (Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate) is a certificate issued by the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) of India to companies engaged in engineering exports. The certificate is used as a proof of membership with the EEPC and is required by many government agencies and private organizations in order to participate in various export-related schemes and initiatives.
To obtain the certificate, companies must submit an application to the EEPC along with required documents such as PAN card, GST registration, and export turnover statement. The application is then reviewed and approved by the EEPC, and the certificate is issued to the company.
Having an EEPC RCMC certificate can be beneficial for engineering companies in India as it can help them to access government schemes and incentives, participate in trade fairs and exhibitions, and increase their visibility in the global market.
