- Copy of the PAN Card
- Copy of Udyog Aadhaar
- Code of Conduct for Exporters
- MoA & AOA in case of company
- Application in the prescribed form
- Copy of the Importer Exporter Code
- Partnership deed in case of partnership firm
- Copy of the export order from the overseas buyer
- A certificate regarding financial status from a nationalized Bank or Scheduled Bank
- Copy of SSI registration certificate and Industrial Establishment registration certificate issued by Coir Board, in case the applicant desires to register as manufacturer exporter/Merchant-CumManufacturer Exporter.
- Copy of Receipt/Certificate of Accidental Insurance of Rs.12/- Under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) Insurance Sirf EK Repay\mein Rs.12/- a Year Accidental Death & Disability Coverage
- Copy of Receipt/Certificate of Insurance of Rs.330/- Under Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Joti Bima Jojana.
